My name is Shelby, and I'm a young makeup artist based out of Toronto. I started my first makeup program in New Brunswick and graduated back in 2010. I'm already licensed, but I'm currently studying at the School of Makeup Art for their extended program so I can expand my knowledge as well as take on a special effects course.
