I'm Dekia Mitchell i'm a Freelance Hairstylist and Personal Stylist. I've been doing hair since the age of 14. Now at the age of 25 im ready to share my talent and help those looking for my service needs. I specialize in ALL grades of hair. I'm Tampa/Plant city based. Looking for other talented photographers, models, and agencies to work with. My goals are to link up with others and create ART.
