There are a lot of wonderful things about working with Drew. The best for me, however, is: his ability to adapt, go with his gut, and really lead. "Leader" isn't often a word I'd apply to a model, but Drew is a leader. He's first to suggest ideas, or a new take on things, the first to offer his own self-criticism, and the first to extend a hand to other models in a new shooting situation.
Yet Drew also has a complete understanding of the model-photographer dynamic. Preferring collaborative work, he has the grace and good sense to suggest his ideas or extend a hand--while always respecting the shooting space and his photographer. He's a pleasure to work with.
