I am Michelle Buggs, Lifestyle Fitness Coach, co-owner of a Wellness Company, & IFPA Pro Figure Competitor. I love living a healthy lifestyle, and am looking to use myself as an example to help other African Americans and minorities live a healthier life. I was lucky enough to have met someone in College who competed in a Figure Show and changed my life! I entered my 1st show in 2006, and 7 years later found myself achieving my goal of becoming a professional figure competitor. I help to inspire others through my business and leading by example.
