Location: Boston, MA
Rate: $17/hr
Dates: Tuesday 9/03 – Friday 9/06 (staff are not required to work all dates). Most shifts start at 7am or 10am each day; shift durations range from 5 hours to 10+ hours per day.
Job Duties - assist with one or more of the following:
+ Registration Desk: Check in people on registration portal, distribute badge and conference bag
+ Directional / Wayfinders: Direct attendees to appropriate workshop locations and other events in the venue
+ Room Monitor: Prep conference rooms and Usher guests to available seating
+ Badge Scanner: Check and scan credentials of attendees
Brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed.
Qualifications: Must be professional, well-spoken and friendly. Exceptional customer service and a positive attitude are a must. Administrative, hospitality and/or Brand Ambassador experience a plus but not required.
