About Me

I became a lifetime member of the International Freelance Photography Organization in 1989 (IFPO # 25836). I have photographed people, places and things in Europe, South America and the United States. Recently I have settled in Omaha from Seattle where I have been a major photographer for the Seattle Zombies, Crypticon and PNTA make up supplies. I am a published author. One of my books is entitled "The Business Model" and details for models how to set up and run a successful modeling business, how to handle model releases and contracts as well as basic posing techniques.

I cut my teeth on old technology using Olympus, Nikon and Canon cameras with chemicals, then updated to the Canon and Olympus digital models.

I have a good eye for scenes, shadows and contrast, and feel that every photograph should tell a story. I work well with models and help them achieve the best image for their portfolio. I have completed images for industrial use as well as for publications in books and magazines. I’m not a prude, it takes a lot to shock me, and I’m able to use that professional demeanor to get the best out of the setting as well as the model.

I only recently learned of Model Mayhem and the models, MUAH and photographers that I worked with highly recommended the group. I hope to connect with models, MUA, hair stylists and others that are interested in creative shoots. I
