I specialize in commercial lifestyle and travel photography. I love lifestyle photography as it allows me to collaborate with my models in a playful way by setting up scenarios rather than focus on static poses. When my model is free to play and improvise, I am able to capture timeless moments that reveal their true character in a nature way.

Additionally, the location and background become an integral part of the photograph and often, I process my subject and background quite differently. I love creating opportunities that allow me to combine lifestyle portraiture with interesting locations anywhere in the world.

A presence on Model Mayhem is important so that I can send out casting calls for models and make up artists when planning photo shoots, whether I am at home in Petaluma ( north of San Francisco) or traveling.
