MODEL MAYHEM POST

Trendy, Outgoing, Timely, Energetic Sales Associates needed to work out of Fun retail store in Times Square.


Entry Level Base Pay starts at $9.00 per hour + Commission and bonuses.

(With commission pay reaches 10.00,11.00+ an hour)
Pay increases based on performance, and execution of duties.
Room for growth within the company.

Current shifts available:

MONDAY - THURSDAY
9AM - 9PM

FRIDAY - SUNDAY
9AM - 1AM (Late Night Closing)



QUALIFICATIONS

• sales experience, performing arts experience, HIGHLY preferred, but willing to train the right candidates.
• MUST BE OUTGOING and LIKE TO TALK TO PEOPLE.
• must be able to meet daily sales goals.
• must be able to retain product information, and educate customers on our product offering.
• MUST BE A FAST ADAPTER, and ABLE TO FOLLOW DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS.
• must be TIMELY.
• must live in New York.
• must be fashion forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet all customers, and provide courteous, helpful customer service throughout the space at all times.
• Must be able to maintain high energy, throughout the duration of the entire shift.
• Complete an end of day sales report, accurately and efficiently.
• May be assigned light cleaning duties.
• Determine customer needs by interacting with them, asking questions and providing suggestions and alternatives and/or Styling Advice.
• Meet daily sales goals.
• Maintain a professional demeanor.
• Maintain a streamlined and organized store appearance at all times.
