I am a mature student studying Specialist Make Up for Film and Television at West Thames College, London. This has enabled me to become confident in various fields within make up and hair styling including high fashion and editorial, as well as theatrical (West End character and chorus and Dance) and period styling from the early 1800's up until 1980.
I have a background in Fashion Design and Styling, as well as Fine Art, and think that this combinantion works to my advantage for looking at an image as an overall look, yet not overlooking the technical finer details.
I enjoy creating characters and concepts as well as working to briefs, and am happy working alone or as part of a styling team.
After working part time on a time for prints basis for several years, I like to think that I am a respectful, reliable make up artist. I have full hair and make up kits to a professional standard, and am able to travel to location via public transport.
I am looking to network using this site, to find like minded creative people and be able to work on a variety of different projects to expand my portfolio.
