I am a artist with a camera. My medium is light. I take my art serious, i am not a GWC (guy with camera)! I think the industry suffers from guys using a camera as a pickup tool! I love lighting my subjects as opposed to just walking into a well lit location. I shot a lot of still life and evolved into shooting people, the human form is an amazing thing. I also work for a local college in both digital and traditional Black and White film. I feel instructing keeps me grounded and honest to my medium. I love working with artists and hate artists that are full of themselves. It would be great to work with other artists on MM, but if your the type to be grumpy, yell, throw things, etc on your shoots you DEFINITLY dont want to shoot with me. Im easy going, but wont put up with my models being abused mentaly! I live by the philosophy of "who cares just get the shot", but never if its going to hurt someone.
