I have just set up a studio in Eastbourne and want to get people to use it. I am currently doing a promotional special offer of an hour of photography followed by an hour of editing for £40. The studio can also be hired out by photographers for a fee of £10 per hour upwards (depending on equipment needed) but due to insurance restrictions the hirers (photographers) have to be checked out first (Their ID is checked and they are given a free induction).

My own work is quite varied, show me the kind of shots you want and I will let you know if I can do it. My standard rate is £25 / hour. At the end of the session you go away with a disk with your unwatermarked hi-res images on, so there's no catch.
