About Me

Libby Rose moved to New York in 2011, after receiving her BA in Costume Design for Performance from the London College of Fashion, with a goal to pursue a career as a freelance make-up and character artist. Now a recent graduate of Manhattan's Make-Up Designory, specializing in Editorial, TV/Flim and FX, she is well on that path.

Libby is inspired by the ability make-up has to bring out an individual's true beauty, whilst at the same time being able to breathe life into imaginary characters. Her personal belief of "the sky is the limit with regards to imagination, so reach for the stars" is applied to each project she undertakes, and the result can be seen in her diverse portfolio of work, which continues to grow.
