Katie Lewis’ passion for makeup started in theatre. During her sophomore year in high school, a stage makeup class strengthened her skills in different aspects of theatre makeup. This jumpstarted her desire to use the face as her canvas and soon after began as an artist with M.A.C. cosmetics, a company that covers all bases of the makeup industry. With M.A.C., her skills in everyday beauty makeup were strengthened and opportunities to expand her talent were reinforced.

With over 10 years of experience, she has become a sought out makeup artist in the Dallas/Fort-Worth metroplex. Her experience has been showcased on Good Morning Texas’ “Ambush Makeover”, Johnson and Johnson infomercials, The Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s PBS Christmas concert, and Dallas's DIFFA Fashion Show and the list goes on. She specializes in makeup for weddings, special events, print, film, and fashion shows.

Through Model Mayhem, Katie hopes to gain a wide variety of work. She especially would like to strengthen the print work part of the portfolio.
