Hello everyone! I love that you are here on my page! I'm a published Pin up cover girl & fitness model. I feel fortunate to have experienced so many beautiful people that have come into my life. I have the innate ability to draw very prominent, powerful creators into my life, this has always come easy for me and I see it as a blessing. I'm a mid west gal from Ohio who moved out to Sunny So cal just two short years ago! I'm aspiring to be the first female on the food network to have her own "UN" cooking show! I am more at ease on camera than I am in everyday life. The excitement of being in front of the camera has ALWAYS made me light up!. In the future I plan to have a family. I've written a book about the trials, tribulations, and sacrifices that I went through as a model who struggled with a terrible eating disorder & how I healed myself through juicing, fasting & by adopting a raw vegan live food way of life. I was able to overcome my eating disorder, body image issues & low self esteem by faith & cleaning up what I put into my body. I believe my story gives people hope, and the strength to live and grow into who they are....the person they've always been. I love my life. I love my family, my friends, my little husband with fur "Louis", and all of man & woman kind:) I thank God each day and for every breath I take. I thank him for every morning, sunset, every lesson learned, and for every person I encounter daily. Without God I am nothing however with God by my side, leading me, I can move mountains.

When I asked the people closest to me to describe me in 10 words or less the words I got over & over again were beautiful, stunning, creative, sensitive, intuitive, loving, strong, confident, creator & sexy. I like to think these are all adjectives that describe me when I'm at my best & at my worst.
To date I've been on the cover of over 10 magazines 2 being out of Australia. I had the largest spread for a female non competitor in a fitness magazine to date. The magazine was Muscular Development and I believe the spread was between 36-60 pages. I shot over 15 fitness magazines and I've been blessed to continue to work with the most talented photographers in the world, the most recent being Maurice Rinaldi. I was one of the most downloaded Palm pilot girls and was even the 'Page 6 girl" in The Weekly World News.

Since transitioning into the raw I've been on 5 newspapers, on countless TV news shows creating my raw vegan culinary delights & educating people about green juice and detoxification. I've been on several radio shows & have been interviewed several times not only about health but also about my former eating disorder & how I overcame it. I've been blessed in the 2 short years I've been in CA to work with celebrities such as a Tony award winning play write and even a former Brady! I write two columns on health & beauty one local and one national. My farmers all know my name at all of the area farmers markets in town, and I know theirs. I take pride in supporting my farmers and buying only local organically grown produce. My goal is to one day live off of my own land and learn to grow everything I need for myself and my family. This will one day happen.

I'm a pieces and a Dragon, the dragon being the most powerful sign of the Chinese zodiac...supposedly all men fall in love with me and money falls onto my lap (not a bad mix)! My favorite color is purple as it's a sign of royalty and luxury, two things no one should ever be denied once they apply their own unique God given talents.

I have a pull to be near the ocean and also a pull to travel to climates where I can be snowed in next to a fire with hot chocolate, snuggled up next to my love!

I take pride in my 3 websites & run juicing, raw food detox retreats at the number one health spa in the country and have just put my first Digital Detox on line so that the average person with an average wallet can afford the luxury of great health! I walk my talk in the area of health. I've had years of fasting more than I have eaten and have not missed a day of green juice in almost 8 years. Although at this time in my life, I'm all about nourishing my body, mind, spirit & soul! I'm excited to see what connections this site will bring!
