About Me

My name is Mark i have a passion for fitness. I am a member for the National gym Association and I just finished my first natural body building competition in August. I took First place in the Mens Novice and Mens Open also took Second place in Mens physique. I am looking forward to entering into other Natural Body building competition. Last October i also Competed in Ocean City Strongman competition and took first place in the mens under 200lbs. I believe in the saying Work hard play hard. I have a few goals in life one to enter into the Arnold Classic and to be in a Muscle and Fitness magazine.
