Laily started her fashion career in Tokyo Japan, where she was influenced by the Japanese obsession with perfection in craftsmanship and customer service. Trained as an engineer but with a big passion for fashion, Laily taught herself how to design and hand-make beautiful garments. After moving to Northern California, the entrepreneurship spirit in Silicon Valley inspired her to start LailyS Couture.
