Seth Yeung was born on 1 January 1987. After years watching his mother knitting dog outfits for pets, Seth acquired not only her industry experience but her passion and drive for knitting.
The Hong Kong native began his career working as a fur and textile designer with top brands like YSL and Yves Salomon. Seth’s experimental textile and directional vision quickly landed his winning collection “spread” in YDC10. He went on to study at the prestigious London College of Fashion and got chances to intern for Giles Deacon, Gareth Pugh and Sibling.
With all of these experiences wrapped under his needle, Seth launched his namesake label, a line of edgy knitwear with a youthful touch. It attracted immediate press accolades from vogue.com, SCMP, appledaily and fashion156.com.
Today, Seth is focusing on heading his own eponymous label. He has consistently produced a tight collection with quirky unconventional material and combinations; developing his own textile each season and offered a new angle of knitwear and excitement to his costumers.
Seth Yeung’s restless obsession for his textile has inspired him to create a fresh and innovative style that is entirely his own.
