I’m a free-lance, classically trained professional photographer with a wide array of technical and artistic skill sets.I have travelled extensively and have gained artistic inspiration for my inquisitive style of portrait photography from absorbing different cultures, conveying the beauty and significance of places and people. My curiosity, a desire to create textures, wealth of detail and intense emotions in my images is my creative drive. Whenever I shoot I like to create stories with an underlying sense of narrative, whether this is in my personal work, commercial campaigns or editorial projects. I am largely inspired by elements of influential style, film artistry, surreal paintings and photography, and the beauty that can be found around us even in unexpected places. These experiences in life thus far have been reflected through my personal vision and continue to shape me personally, and professionally.

My main fields of expertise are portrait, model & artist portfolios, fashion, commercial, real estate and event photography.

PORTRAIT, MODEL & ARTIST PORTFOLIOS, FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY I have a natural interest about human nature and in the perception as we express personalities and attitude in our largely visual world. My subjects has presence and they actively interact with the surrounding world and I have developed a taste telling stories through my portraits.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY I primary prefer to work in a studio (permanent or portable) for commercial shots to ensure that the given concept by the client will be well executed in a controlled lighting environment. My background in working for an advertisement agency gives me good understanding how to read, write and execute creative briefs based on the client’s expectation.

REALESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY As the property market grew more competitive, it has created a high demand for skilled photography work to do not only show the best architectural angles of spaces but to give that professional, clean look with an inviting warmth of colours and intensity of details. I use portable lighting if required and process the images in HDR (high dynamic range) software environment to guarantee that impressive look.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY I have many years of experience in event photography, in Australia beside the standard work, I have actively participated and supported indigenous community projects. Majority of my work consists: cultural and music festivals, corporate events, over 200 weddings I have photographed and produced (most of them included creative album designs). But at this stage I prefer to limit the number of weddings I produce and I want to focus on all other areas of event photography.

Prior to becoming a freelance photographer I gained extensive business education in Europe and also completed a degree in Cultural Anthropology. I have worked in sales, marketing and advertisement including tenure at the prestigious Saatchi&Saatchi Advertisement Agency.

I achieved a diploma of Applied Photography in Australia at NMIT and have worked for a number of reputable photography studios as a photographer as well as performing post-production work and managing client relations. I have a friendly and approachable personality and I’m used to working with clients from all walks of life.
