I study psychology, where subjects are intentionally anonymous. My goal with a camera is exactly the opposite: to create photographs that force people to think about the subject. My shoots are about comfort with the obscure, and beauty in the abandoned and unshared sides of personality (and literally, abandoned places).

How do you really see yourself? What do strangers see in you and you see in them? How does this change with attraction? "The workbench," my current project, explores how we look at each other in an immediate and intimate way. My goal is to create an experience for the model that I can document as it unfolds, so I'm looking for models that are open about how they feel about themselves and others, and willing to explore those ideas. Then, the stranger looking at your pictures is asked to explore and challenge his own beliefs as he watches you consider yours. Contact me if you'd like more information.
