I'm really looking forward to meeting like minded artists and models through Model Mayhem. I get excited when I pick up my camera and I get even more excited knowing that I'll be working with amazing people every time I do. Recently, I've been drawn to a clean simple image. I want the subject to work for itself and not overly work the surroundings to accommodate the subject. I'd like to think my photos are not about purely documenting, but rather the sharing of a feeling, a mood. When I'm behind the lens capturing moments, I want the images to touch your senses. It may be the way the sun castes it's light and dances off ripples in the morning tide that reminds you of how your toes feel in the sand while being pulled at the edge of waves retreat. If we all experienced life the same way it would be all too predictable and these senses that define how we interpret our world would be for naught. Ultimately life is art and If my art can make you feel life, I've succeeded.
