I am a native Southern Californian, mother of two living by the beach working as a Fitness Instructor & a Nutritionist.. I am an active Dancer, Yoga teacher, Writer,an aspiring singer & actress/model with two recent Fitness Infomercials to date (check out my Facebook page & my You tube for my latest Fitness Vids!).
