***I am a HAIR STYLIST and MAKEUP ARTIST***

I work as a professional hair stylist and makeup artist in Austin, Texas. For normal hair and makeup styles I am willing to do trade for print depending on the project & If it will benefit my portfolio. For multiple hair and makeup changes I normally charge per look, though this is open for negotiation.

For fantasy hair styles, including large pieces like the one with the boat, I work on a commission basis. These pieces require a lot of planning, supplies and time. If you message me inquiring about a piece, I ask that you respect my quote as I do this for a living. Construction time can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on how large and intricate the design is. I'm very confident in my abilities and I enjoy a challenge!

I have always had an eye for style and creativity. Before becoming a hair stylist, I was an art major that was already doing hair and makeup for photo shoots and fashion shows in the Washington DC area. I graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Tysons Corner at the top of my class, and have since taken classes on the British style of cutting and coloring from the Graham Webb Academy. I have competed in a few hair shows and love to do editorial work in my spare time. My technical skills have allowed me the wonderful opportunity to teach many classes for Paul Mitchell the School and Bubbles Hair Salons located in Northern Virginia. I am very into bridal hair and makeup, and love to create complex designs that are still sophisticated and flirty. I am now located in Austin, Texas and am eager to expand on my abilities and build my professional relationships and portfolio.
