Marylynn was raised in upsate New York with Hispanic roots. She set out on her artistic craft at the age of 20, consistently growing her art through seven years of experience. Her work is infinite, and one of a kind. The love of her craft shows through her intricate hair art. She has the ability to work with all hair textures and styles for any occasion. She ensures that she keeps up to date with the latest trends by taking courses and studying new techniques and styles.

The growth of Marylynn’s development for the love of hair and style is reflected in her achievements and opportunities for work. She has competed at The Michael Vincent Academy in Los Angeles (Battle of Beauty 2015) and won first place. Through this academy she was able to land her first gig styling hair in a Chris Brown Music Video. Her passion is reflected in her unique and memorable work that is nothing short of timeless and beautiful. Marylynn hopes to one day work in the fashion, entertainment and art industry.

With interest in arts and creative directory she utilizes artisic assimilation of these components to create her best. Through hair, Marylynn is able to create art, catering to the client’s desires, adding a personal touch of her talent. Her intrest is to create art through hair as an expression, and to make a women feel what beauty is.

Marylynn is currently based in Rochester, New York as Owner and Stylist at DarsysDollhouse Salon.

I hope to gain some insight to my field of work and a foot In the door to my dream career. I am available for shoots, also in the process of building my portfolio.
