I have been working in the fashion industry for the past ten years consistently. I studied fashion through Parsons The New School on their Paris campus, one of the best decisions I have ever made. Paris will forever hold my heart. (Not to mention be my fashion inspiration). My experience in the field is widespread. I have been fortunate enough to enjoy many aspects of fashion. From work as a personal stylist, personal shopper, to stylist for Anthropoligie, then on to designing and styling wardrobe for music videos and commercials, to being head stylist for countless editorial and commercial photo shoots. I believe vision is key in creating a masterpiece of art. Both personal vision and the ability to understand anothers creative vision. It is necessary to understand what a perspective client is looking to create; whether that be a photographer, model, filmaker, or simply a friend seeking fashion advice. In understanding this, one is able to then transmit that creative vision into a physical reality, through tangible means. That is when the magic happens.
