I was playing with analogue photography in groundschool times with Cmena 8M, then I was thinking the only better camera is Zenith :D After about 10 years I was fascinated by possibilities of digital technology, when I've secretly took-out some Nikon advanced compact camera from work and made some night views of Wroclaw's fountain on the town-hall square. With combined money from holiday found, given us as support for summer vacation, I've got Sony f828 and for long years couldn't understand why would I need any camera with changeable heavy lenses :D.
After few years with another accidental money and some credit I've made to buy Canon 7D with two Sigmas: 10-20 ( I liked very wide) and 70-200 (which ended down on hard bricks of Wroclaw street, making me deadly unhappy).
Sacrificing another vacations and some health, I've bought two studio strobes with softboxes and driven by some Idea of making photos outdoors with them, made a mobile power-plant on wheels.
Lately I've brought to life old large format camera with 13x18cm negative size. Somehow it is fascinating to me, that possibility of one shot only, no tens of repetitions like in digital world. Additionally most of the analogue photos are auto-portraits, so there is always a surprise what will show on the negative after development :D Most of my attempts on the analogue side I try to put in: http://www.photoblog.com/metapompa .
Now I would like to create some photographs with someone also interested in this matter, not only in range 'memories from holidays'. I need someone who is not afraid to stand (or sit ) n front of the lens and is patient enough to stay there for some time (most of my friends are not) :D
