--- { Who am I? } ---

I'm a Boston-based photographer fascinated with positive emotions and happiness.

Outside of MM, I've been a lifestyle photographer for couples, engagements, senior portraits, parties, performing arts, and happy occasions. Now I'm expanding into art projects, editorial shoots, and fashion shoots for local clothing boutiques.

I'm here on MM to collaborate with models, learn from other photographers, browse to get inspiration, and generally network.


--- { What's my style? } ---

Technical:
- Minimal setup
- Mostly natural light, but sometimes one softbox on or off camera
- Some color corrections and contrast adjustments in post-production. Nothing crazy. I like simple and natural.

Models:
- Here are some ways I want to help people redefine what it means to be a model: I invite people of all heights and weights to be on shoots. I personally prefer little or no make-up (natural is beautiful!!). I invite glasses wearers to keep the glasses on. And I believe many genres of model photography stray away from my favorite emotion: joy. I love having a hint of humor in my photos!


--- { What's my background? } ---

I have a Bachelor's degree in Film from Boston University, where I studied concepts and practiced skills that overlap with photography: composition, staging, human emotions. I've practiced post-production and photo retouching since high school, but I like to be light with it.

I've been obsessed with photography since a young age. I love capturing visuals. It's hard for me to put a camera down. I'm new to my entry-level DSLR and controlling everything to my taste though. But with some experience through TF shoots found on MM, I'm excited to keep learning and growing!

- Glasses are Beautiful campaign (looking for males and females)
- Anti-smoking campaign with the chests of participants smeared in black paint in the shape of lungs (M and F)
- Promotional ads for a friend's new street fashion line (M and F)
- Photos of women wearing clothes from a Brookline boutique for their blog (F)
