I am writing to express my interest in modeling projects/films. I trained with Anna Panaro (Panaro Workshop Theatre Company) in Miami, Florida, and two films in which I have been involved are available to view on my acting profile. I have recently moved to Houston, TX.
At this point in my acting career, I am seeking a variety of new opportunities to build on my acting repertoire. I enjoy the craft, and I’ve been told that my passion for acting is evident in the projects in which I have been involved thus far. The aspect of acting that I enjoy the most is developing my character. I treasure each opportunity to dig into the psychosocial dimension of the character and bring the character to life, I allow my creativity to flow. I find that I throw myself into living the character on-stage or on-camera so that the audience is both entertained and convinced that I am that character. I pride myself on being able to use my emotions to create a life for the character I’ve been chosen to play.
I’ve been told by directors, producers and other actors that I am a great addition to the project and a fun person to have on set. While I have been known for my great sense of humor and the knack I have for easing tension during stressful times, I am, first and foremost, respectful of others’ time, others’ roles, and all of this together makes me an avid team player. I have a great respect not only for my character, but also for the roles played by everyone – cast and crew – involved in making the project or film come to life. I also work well on my own, and when I have time for myself in the middle of a film/project, I can be found working on character development and dedicating my time to practicing my part.
I am looking for my next great challenge! I have joined this site in hopes to network with professionals and to further my knowledge and career in the modeling world, and I hope to find that challenge in your upcoming films/modeling projects. I am a hard-working actor/model, and I would like to build my acting resume as well as my modeling portfolio to include a variety of roles and gigs. I would appreciate an opportunity to meet with you in person and let you see for yourself that I am a strong candidate for this part.
