I lived in the UK for five years and spent most weekends either doing promotional/hostess work at clubs/events all over Greater London or performing kapa haka with Ngati Ranana (the London Maori Club). Since arriving home I have:
- entered Miss Tattoo NZ (Hamilton in Feb 2012)
- entered Miss Ink NZ (Wellington in May 2012)
- entered Miss Ink Auckland (Jan 2013)
- welcomed guests on the red carpet at the film premiere "Shihad: Beautiful Machine" in Wellington
- studied the art of burlesque with Miss Grace La Belle and Venus Starr at their respective schools in Wellington
- hand-chosen by Venus Starr as a "Carousel Cutie" to do promotional and event work for her flagship "Carousel Cabaret" in Wellington
- brought burlesque glamour to the Calendar Girls Wellington opening weekend
- worked as a Production Assistant and Extra on a short independent film in Auckland (yet to be released)
