I'm Elena Ryu.

I am mixed; a European/Native American mutt, if you will, haha.

Currently studying Animation in school, decided to pursue modeling when one of my instructors suggested it to me. After some serious consideration, I decided to really get into it. So far, I've learned I LOVE being in front of the camera and posing. There is a certain freedom from it, no? I simply adore the artistic side to it; I never realised what went on in front of the camera until I walked into a studio.

I was told that ModelMayhem is a great place to network and find out more about modeling as a career, so I joined. Of course it would be great to be "discovered," but really I just love having fun with it [modeling]. That said, yes, I am open to doing nudes, as long as it is done tastefully. I love doing fetish work and creating a sensual feel; however, I am really picking about doing nudes just because I am new to modeling, haha.

I'm a bit on the athletic side; I used to dance and currently enjoy playing tennis as a hobby.
