Hello all! My name is Ruby and I'm a plus size model in my early twenties. I live and work in Vancouver, but travel regularly.

About ten years ago I took an acting/modelling class through John Casablanca's. As a teenager, I hair modelled consistently for Richard Jena Hair Salon. This included doing two runway shows and several, photo shoots. I have also modelled for both make-up and hair students at Blanche MacDonald.

I considered calling myself an "alternative model", but a lot of the modelling I've done has been rather tame. I have four facial piercings, (all of which can be taken out. I also have several tattoos: a celtic knot on my right ankle, a purple lotus flower on my left calf, a four leaf clover on the left side of my lower abdomen, a feather quill on the ride side of my ribcage, a butterfly on my right shoulder, three cherry blossoms across my chest, a star behind my left ear and two small astrological symbols on both my wrists.
