I am an interdisciplinary artist who cut his teeth in the art photography world. I believe in the ability of the photography of humans to forge empathy and create connections between people and across species. I am always open to taking a journey across town or into the woods to make some photos. Although the portfolio on here doesn't reflect it, I am thrilled to photograph anyone, of any age, race, or gender. I am easygoing and respectful and a day out exploring with me is always a good and satisfying time, and I have countless references who can attest to this.

If you want to work with me, please know that I will not pay you, nor do I expect to be paid. No money will change hands, but I will be transparently generous with all the outcomes of our time together. You will get to see all the photos and have copies of them to keep and share. I will always ask permission if I want to use them in any way. Just be human, comfortable with your body and your mind, and interested in attempting to make something transcendent though the imperfect means of photography. It also helps if you love nature, touching dirt and branches and water, and being a tomboy out in the world.
