About Me

Oh how boring Biographies are! Well hey, I'm Chelsea but I go by Penelope<3 Aside from modeling as a child, I've only been modeling for about a year. I'm open to almost any style of shoot and hope to work on a variety of different concepts with great teams while I build my portfolio.
