***** i will no longer do last minute rescheduling.. when setting a shoot date, you should know your availability, as well as be well prepared.. i ask that you please give me at least 2-3 days notice ahead of time if you wish to reschedule.. if you cancel the day of, or the day prior to the shoot, the shoot will be canceled completely.. i have a busy work schedule and other priorities outside of photography.. so please be kind with my time, as i will be sure not to waste yours..

Hey everyone!! Welcome to "The Soul Of" Photography.. I'm Malikai, a 24 year old freelance photographer with very big dreams and ambitions.. Taking pictures has always been a hobby of mine, but i recently began taking it very serious.. As for the work that i do and plan on doing in the future, i would say is more on the artistic side.. Planning on doing mainly Fine Art Photography, but for now I am feeling a lot of things out as far as design, lighting, themes and expression go.. If you notice, it is very common that photography is used just to model a person or item.. For me, they are not models, they are not objects, they are masterpieces waiting to be presented in the proper way.. Each facial expression captured, every curve of the body, any beautiful scene of nature, all are works of art.. There is more to pictures than what most can see.. Here, we focus on giving the opportunity to open not only eyes, but minds as well.. Here, we focus on the soul of photography..
