Dana is a body reshaping coach, stage stylist and bikini designer. She has been in the Industry for over 18 years. Having competed in IFBB for over 4 years then was a competitor in INBA for several years in Figure and sports model her passion in the industry is very strong. Her current International competition was in Las Vegas in the Muscle Mania Model Universe. Dana has judged for over several years for federations such as NABBA New Zealand and INBA throughout Australia.

With all of Dana’s knowledge and experience she will guide you on the following Topics:

• What is a Bikini Diva/ Sports Model/ Glamor Model and figure competitor
• The Judging Criteria for each of the above
• The format of each round
• The attire and accessories
• The development /conditioning Phase and natural eating plans
• Practical training, model walking, figure posing, stage presence for your category

• What you need for your portfolio
