Peter Hanks, a boudoir and glamour photographer based in Southern California, discovered he had something special when his photos received high compliments from friends. Having moved from Vancouver in 1999 to work as a marketer, he realized that photography was his greater passion, and in 2002 decided to take the leap into the world of photography and art. He relied on a background in marketing to distinguish his photographic approach. "At heart, my eye is more classical and renaissance in my approach. I studied marketing, and as such, I have a keen sense for allure, balance, and emotion to a photograph." Peter's eye for balance falls in line with his philosophy to capture both the simplicity and strength of all his subjects.
