About Me

Hello MM. My name is Graham but my friends/family call me Gray. Due to my personality, I photo as Bright GRAY because I am just that when shooting. Bright one minute, with the ability to change the mood on que. And, honestly, It's uniquely catchy, which helps you remember me.
I am a bit young, 26, to make the statement I am about to make but it is 100% truth. I am a complete person with a compassionate listening ear and often times become emotionally driven in the most unimaginable, yet often creative of ways. I, for example, am using a recent long term relationship break-up, to fuel emotion inside myself and my art so as to convey a genuine feeling for the viewer. Ex: I want people to feel not that they want just the shirt I model, but the shirt worn by one man (me) when his world was rocked and felt over because it gave me strength. Luckily I am able to call on that emotion at will, which gives me a huge tool to use in certain shoots. I just wish I could turn it off at will! I guess you would have to say that I am an emotional man across the board, and in both good and bad ways. That is not, however, my number one strength.
That #1 would most definitely be my ability to show and feel comfortable in diverse looks and new surroundings. My love for this form of preforming arts comes from my life experiences and my skills are derived by the life that has made me an emotionally comfortable, rough around the edges, yet extremely confident person. I have worn many hats in life, and want to show MOST of them off by proving my legitimacy as a professional model. I say most because in my life I have had to overcome some demons of my own and those I am not proud of. Bec/ of certain choices I made as a kid, I spent 3 years in San Quentin where emotion does not exist. five years later, I can say I've conquered those evils but that I only share to give you a sense of ME. I do not want to glamorize that time or sadness that others still wake up trapped in, so I do my best to keep that life in the past and accept that I was not myself.
Now, after all the life learning, and bouncing from good to bad, I have only smiles and blessings to show and tears to photograph. I love them to be shown, because I feel society believes you need to hold back tears as a man to show strength. I, as an extremely strong man, feel you need to be able to cry if that comes because that shows your strength. Your strength is that you can show off ALL of you because you believe inside that you are strong regardless. The toughest man is the the world will cry his eyes out in public because he's self confident and needs no one to tell him so.
I'm ready to cry on Van Ness in downtown SF in leather pants and no shirt if that's what will make my art shine. I hope my profile illustrates my ability to "look" tough without looking scary, intelligent yet not dumb handsome, and happily blessed/grateful as well as deeply wounded. Let me repeat, HAPPILY BLESSED AND GRATEFUL.
Until my GQ cover hits shelves i'll humbly accept any advice or help and wait for the opportunity to prove my worth as a legitimate, valuable model. I know it's there, and that when given the opportunity I will shine. I am fully available for both local and non-local shoots. If you are interested in getting in touch with me please send me a message and I will contact you within a reasonable amount of time, 24-48. Thank you for spending your time learning about me and I look forward, and hope to meet you.
