About Me

Photographer Harry Fellows was born and raised in Washington D.C. and received his first camera at the adolescent age of 14. His first roll
of film was artistic nudes, and he immediately realized the power
of the moment. These first rolls inspired him immeasurably, and pushed Harry to teach himself how to develop and print black and white film.

After attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, pursuing the childhood dream of herpetology, he took up other artistic endeavors like glass blowing, intent on gaining more experience and developing his creative style. Ultimately, he graduated with a degree from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. Thereafter, Harry moved to New York to pursue an interest in fashion photography, and learned quickly by assisting with many world-renowned photographers. His artistic style is the product of years of experience coupled with a fascination with the form and classical beauty of the human body. His desire to be a classical naturalist transcends throughout his work. Above all, Fellows strives to create aesthetically pleasing images that explore the darker side of beauty, nature, and sensuality. Harry’s work veers from the path more frequently traveled.

His current influences include snakes, naturalism, and Greek mythology.
Fellows see’s his future in directing and continues to develop this interest.

Harry currently works from Brooklyn, NY, and lives in Westchester County by the river with his wife Catherine, new daughter Isabella, dog Bowie, cats Aussie and Monster, and snake named Dude.
