About Me

A lot of photographers you may know already started out as painters, illustrators, cartoonists, or even writers. Me? The origin of my creativity started when I gained a love for playing running cross country and track in high school.

With everything we do in life, there has to be a foundation. Building upon a foundation and making it stronger will make life and all that it can throw at you more difficult to break. I built my foundation for success in running with hard work, taking advantage of learning how to improve my strides, lifting weights, and having a burning desire to give every race my all and "leave it all on the track".

Also, through running, I gained a confidence in communicating and building relationships with runners and coaches from other schools, but most importantly, accepting defeat, learning from it, and working harder to win the next race. I believe that before you can be fully creative, you have to confidence in your own abilities to dig deep within yourself to bring out the best in the products, designs, and photographs you're trying to create. This confidence was instilled in me during the days of my youth.

During the time I was dating my wife, we would do a lot of traveling. Virgin Islands, Miami, New York.....She bought me a Kodak Easy Share camera for Christmas and I have been photographing just about every event in our lives ever since. After a while, taking photographs just was not enough for me. Our parents and family members would always ask about our trips and telling them about it sometimes never did our trips justice. So I decided to invest in DVD Picture Slideshow software, invite them over, and share pictures of the trips with background music, and transitions in between each photo.

Having a background in Technology, I researched several ways to edit and modify my photos in a way that would help carry out the artistic goals I had in mind at that moment. Enter Photoshop into my life...and my creativity has taken off ever since.

As a husband, father, and son, I truly understand how important it is for family members to have the photographs that tell stories of the great moments they shared together. And the ability to share these moments has been improved over the years with the use of email, Facebook, Twitter, and many other social media tools.

My goal is to become one of the more well-known and acknowledged photographers in the State of Florida by continuing to research how to provide families and organizations the best photographs possible and improve my entrepreneurship skills. I am hoping that this website will assist in being more accessible to models who are in need of photo sessions as well as being able to bounce ideas off more experienced photographers to help improve my craft.
