Inspired by comic books artist Jim Lee and fashion illustrator Antonio Lopez, I went on to pursue my education in Communication Arts at Otis College of Art and Design, Los Angeles. I learned to draw and paint from life-models and my imagination. Having realized that I enjoyed drawing people the most, I became very enthusiastic in mastering anatomy. In May 1995, I received Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Illustration.

I am extremely passionate about portraiture and possess the ability to capture people’s essence. I have done many portraits of models and celebrities. My style ranges broadly from caricature to realism. It has been known throughout generations of artists that, “if you knew how to draw the human form, particularly the human portrait, you could draw anything.”

Currently I aspire to build my portfolio as fashion illustrator and fine artist. I am looking to work with models to develop my own distinctive style. My ultimate goal is to work in the entertainment industry as a character designer.
