Though I chose firefighting as a fulltime career, I went to college for mass media photography at the University of Akron, in Akron, Ohio. I finished college in 1991, but had already been hired by a fire department and had begun a career.

This being said, I continued working with photography doing private projects, senior pictures, couples shoot, commercial shoots, architectural shoots and anything else people needed. I've had the fortune of shooting in some exotic places including all of the following: England, Scotland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland France, Liechtenstein, Italy, Egypt, Israel, Palestine, Cyprus, Turkey, and a number of the Greek Isles as well as Athens.

Most of my experience does NOT entail model photography. I have taken an interest in this genre and would like to greatly broaden my scope of practice. This is what I sincerely hope Model Mayhem do for me. I am deeply impressed with the work of the models, photographers, and artists within this venue. I am taken by the artistic angles I see when I browse the members profiles. I hope that through some of the relationships and possible shoots that I might be able to acquire through Model Mayhem, I might reach the height of the bars that I see in so many of these amazing people.
