About Me

Steven van Buuren was born in 1982 in Holland, where he started his career as a personal fitness trainer after his studies Physical Therapy at the University in Amsterdam. After a couple of years working, he thought it was time for some change and moved to Hollywood to study Visual Effects and become a professional digital artist. He graduated from “Gnomon School of Visual Effects” in Hollywood California in the United States after two years of study. Next to his work as a vfx artist he loves photography and it is a great way to express creativity. He is currently working at one of the better retouch and photography studios in Venice Beach California
