"Do one thing a day that scares you." I live by that mantra,
and it is what thrust me into the competitive world of
fitness and modeling. I am a mother, Aesthetician,
Make-Up Artist, Hair Stylist and a competitive and
motivated athlete.
Since the age of 4 I have been involved in the fitness
community. I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years
and learned what dedication and sacrifice truly meant.
After a serious injury I found myself in dance where I
developed a love for the stage. I was a contemporary
dancer for 4 years and loved every moment.
Currently I am part of a bikini fitness team. I placed
1st at the 2012 NPC Gold Coast competition, and in
the top 5 at the 2011 NPC Excalibur Bikini
Championships.
When I set a goal, I reach it and I plan on making
2013 my best year yet. I want to create a name for
myself and would love to be involved in fitness ads,
commercials, marketing products as well as myself.
