I'm in my portfolio building stage and trying to break into the Photography industry. I'm leaning towards headshots and different kinds of portraiture but since I'm starting out I'm open to just about anything. I have a mobile setup, relying on speedlights and I prefer to do my shoots on location.

I joined Model Mayhem as it was recommended by several photographer friends since I feel I've had enough practice with friends and relatives. Trying my lens on other people, specifically the model types, both novices and experienced, will kick me out of my comfort zone and enable me to grow as a people photographer.

I'd like to start getting paid on some projects but as I said, I'm still starting out and trying to gain more experience so I'm open to other modes of compensation such as TFP for the opportunity to shoot.
