I was born in Hamburg and am living in Berlin with my wife and my two sons. I spent a couple of years in the US, Spain and the UK. I am mostly doing street photography and documentaries.

My favorite personal project is a portrait series about inmigrants in Madrid. I love people and they usually are the center of my work.

I mostly use analogue cameras like Hasselblad 500 C/M, Makina 67, Nikon F2 and Nikon F4, Hasselblad XPan, Leica M6. I have two digital camera: a Fuji X100 which looks pretty Retro and a Nikon D7000.
