My name is Zachary Brown. Originally from Reading, PA, I moved to New York, NY in the fall of 2011. I moved to New York to try something different and to see what else the world can offer me. Working in a restaurant in Manhattan is where my modeling story began. Just working a my shift as any other day, one of the gentlemen I was serving happened to be a photographer and he said he would be interested in having a photo session with me if I were interested. Accepting the offer, we met at his studio had our shoot and from that, I saw a door open. Now, I'm still working on building my portfolio, recently adding a few more shots to my inventory. I know this is probably said a lot, but I would like to and would hope to bring something new and fresh to the industry. I have an interesting character, I believe, that I have used in the shots I have taken. It's been a rough start, though. Still totally new to the industry, I'm still learning the ropes on how to get myself seen, learning techniques, and finding the right direction. With that said, and with the guidance of my peers pointing me towards Model Mayhem, I am hoping it get be a gateway into something bigger. Hopefully teaming up with someone that can help me acquire the skills I need to succeed in the business.
