Professional Makeup Artist & Hairstylist based in San Diego. Licensed Cosmetologist since 2010.

Began working professionally at the age of 18. Currently work as a Master Makeup Educator at a recognized Beauty Academy so I do have a set schedule. My week nights are blocked off, but I can try and be as flexible as possible. If you'd like to work on a project with me please inquire. My weekend availability is usually open.

I am accepting TFP if it benefits my portfolio for those just starting out or test shoots. I do have half day rates and full day rates for professional shoots.

"Elvisa was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was super communicative prior to the shoot, and punctual on the day. She brought an assistant to keep things moving in a timely manner as well. Her make-up was flawless, and she was able to modify it for some alternative looks as the shoot progressed. We had 3 models on the shoot and she stayed on task and had all of their make-up finished in the amount of time she had predicted. On a personal side she is very friendly and easy-going.
