Hello, I’m Michael. I’ve been a professional photographer for over 10 years. I’m located in Connecticut, but have traveled across New England for assignments (from Cape Cod to NYC). I started out taking pictures for up-and-coming bands (images were used for promotion, web sites, and jacket art), and then quickly moved to include weddings, teen/family portrait, and I even teach an advanced photography class for adult education.

I am here to connect with energized / creative people who have the know-how and or willingness to try and create incredible images. I’m looking to update and refresh my own portfolio, and hope to show more range. I'm also looking to add new content to my website currently under construction: http://photographyby-michael.com/ Working with you will also give me a chance to exercise knowledge and gear that would otherwise collect dust. The payoff to the model is that I will most likely share any images from the day (RAW or Post Process). As a partner in the creative process you will have input on the type and style of pictures we will take together. This will be a great way for you to practice/gain experience, add images, increase depth and take up any perceived shortcomings in your own portfolio.
