Seven years ago I picked up my first camera and pointed it at the world around me. Ever since, photography has become a part of me. It has become my way of expressing my voice and my vision. Vision, to me is the most important aspect of photography. Without it, a photograph would be nothing more than an incoherent mess of lines, shapes and colors — it would have no meaning. Vision is the difference between the wedding album and the cutting room floor.

I never set out to become a photojournalist or a landscape photographer or even a wedding photographer. I set out to share my vision. I set out to tell stories and capture moments the way I see them.

My vision is what drives me to take pride in my work. It’s what makes me want to be more awesome. That’s why I try to deliver the highest quality product possible. In order to do this, I have to keep the business aspect of my photography as simple as possible. That means I’m not going to be checking my watch to see when your time is up, or haggling over how much extra it will cost to shoot at one more location. No time limits, no limits on number of images taken, no extra fees for this and that. Let’s be honest, neither of us needs that extra stress.
