Hi my name is William Moultrie. I have been in the makeup field for about two years. I'm a former Chanel BA and completed the Chanel training in Panama City, Panama in 2012. I have done many makeup jobs locally for proms, weddings, and private functions. I have also worked with clients for fashion shows, magazines and editorial work. I love to network and talk about the world of makeup with other artists and models. I'm always looking for a new makeup challenge and I would love to work around the world as a makeup artist.
