Quick summary, for those who hate long profiles:

- Unless it's a paid shoot for a client, I almost always prefer TF*
- Most of my studio gear is portable, so I can come to you if that makes you more comfortable. I can also handle locations with sufficient light or access to power.
- I am a recreational photographer (I shoot because I enjoy it, not as a source of income), not an amateur photographer. I will send along any relevant paperwork beforehand, and you will receive the agreed-upon work product promptly. You will be treated with courtesy and respect, and I hope to receive the same.
- As a recreational photographer, I often get as much enjoyment out of helping you bring your ideas to life as I do my own. Please don't ever hesitate to reach out if you want to try creating something, my camera does neither of us any good if it's not being used!
- I have a sense of humor. I prefer it when shoots are a couple people having fun creating something. I will take the shoot seriously, but probably take myself less so.;)

Additional things I can offer in trade (my photos and the warmth of my smile should be enough, but really, there's just no pleasing some people!;)

- Computer-related assistance (lots here, from basic tech help to web design and hosting. This is my day job, and I'm quite good at it, but be reasonable.;)
- Self-defense lessons (I am a licensed (menkyo-holding) instructor in a Japanese martial art, and can do individual or group seminars for you / your friends)
- Food (I'm a hell of a cook, though it's rarely very healthy fare;)

(Note on the above - any and all marriage proposals will be swiftly rejected - sorry, I'm taken!:)
